We can make prototype with color painted accordingly clients’ design and 3D, to show clients and to test the function and color effect reference, this is process is the most important for the whole project, because it is the first step before molds tooling, prototype made is good or nor will refer to the quality of final production. There are two ways to make prototype, one is copying the clay sculpted original master by silicone molds, another way is using the 3D printer to print directly if have 3D files. Regarding the 3D printer, we are using high-tech German brand printing machines, to ensure all detail could be in high resolution.
